After having our house on the market with another agent from the village and no success whatsoever somebody recommended Signature Estates to us. We called them and Lee Goddard came around to see us soon followed by Harry taking fabulous pictures that really complimented our home. We agreed a very favourably rate with them (better for us than the other agent ) within a week our house was under offer and the sale went through smoothly. The service they offered did not stop at that though. The house we was purchasing needed extensive work so 3 days before move day we decided to find a short term rental property. Once again Signature Estates stepped in and found us a property in the village for a 2 month rental period In hindsight I wish we had not wasted time with the other agent and gone straight to signature.
